However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Packaging may vary from that shown. Ordering errors:

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order:
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Cancellation right:
You will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered unworn, undamaged and with all original labels attached as originally supplied.

Payment terms:
All items must be paid for before despatch of goods. If for any reason the account is not settled via post, telephone or Internet, kicksshopping reserve the right to demand return of goods unworn and complete with original labels or seek further legal alternatives.

Exclusions of liability:
Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of kicksshopping or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Our right to cancel orders:
If a payment address cannot be verified with the card issuer, then we may have no option but to cancel the order. To prevent this happening, always take care when entering your address into the payment system and always use your billing address as it appears on your statement. If for any reason we cannot verify your address or suspect you are not the rightful owner of the credit/debit card, we reserve the right to cancel your order and credit you immediately.
